Goals and Rewards

  • Your goal is to complete at least one habit setting action every single day in September.

  • Your reward is a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Instructions

  • If it is 8/31 before 8pm, then invite a friend to join before starting. You become more accountable if someone else joins because of you.

  • Find the "September" tab and add your name to a column.

  • Find the "Tab to duplicate for yourself" tab and duplicate it for yourself.

  • Customize your tab in any way that you like. Be sure to rename it.

  • Set yourself a daily reminder on your phone to update this sheet. You can use a calendar invite that repeats every day with a link in the description.

Rules

  • Try to mark the sheet every single day. That is part of the habit setting process. It is ok to mark it the day after because life, but really try to do it every single day even if you don't do anything on the list other than mark the sheet with a participation award.

  • Don’t mess with other people’s tabs.

  • That's it I guess.
